Leap birthday parties run for 2 hours with 1 coached gym hour and 1 private party-room hour. Tables, tablecloths, and disposables are included, and families are welcome to bring food and cake.
Every package includes coached gymnastics, private room access, and setup before guests arrive.
All party packages run for 2 hours and are priced before HST. Additional approved guests are $25 per child.
From arrival to wrap-up, the party moves in a simple order that works well for families and guests.

| 0:55 | Cool-Down | Group stretch, birthday cheer, and transition to the party room. |

Food and drinks, birthday cake and candles, loot bags if desired, themed decor if desired, final guest count, and signed waivers from all attending families.
Coached gymnastics activities, equipment setup and safety supervision, private party room access, tables arranged before arrival, disposables, tablecloths, fridge access, and full setup and cleanup.
Birthday parties are available on Saturday and Sunday afternoons for children ages 4 and up.
Required at booking to hold the date. Remaining balance is due 7 days before the party.
Cancellations and date changes need 14 days notice and remain subject to availability.
Parents or guardians must stay on-site for the full party, and all gym guests need a signed waiver.
Leap is nut-aware, parent socks are required in the viewing area, and HST is additional on all party packages.
